They present really well. But I have the WORST experience with them than I ever have before with a property management company. While they present professionally, you too might end up getting a $1000 bill 5 months after you sign the lease. Ultimately, the company did not manage their business well, communicated via email (so there is a record) one thing to us then took it back months later and pretended that it didn't occur. Dave and his entire team, in my opinion, didn't want to take accountability for their error and so they pushed the issue on the tenants and pretended like they were "working with us" when in fact they were not in compliance with our lease. They didn't realize that they were talking to an English professor and a nonprofit Exec who weren't playing those games and informed them that the black and white email is just as valid as the lease agreement (two friends who are attorneys informed us of this). I write this after getting an eviction notice because I refuse to pay a bill that I was informed I didn't have to pay (and have never been late on rent) and just wanted to share. If you read these reviews like me, know that a lease isn't even enough to help you against these guys...this is at least my experience. I'm not here to tell you what to do but to provide insight into my experience with a company that hasn't served me well despite my actually liking the people who I have spoken with over the phone. Renter beware!!!!!! Their properties are nice though.

Update: Look at the other reviews as well. An informed decision takes many perspectives into account and the other reviews speak for themselves. I don't think I saw them before so that's why I am here writing this one.
