Absolutely wonderful experience. I waited less than five minutes and Dr. Ngyen was pleasant and personable yet professional. The nurses and desk staff were friendly and helpful. There was no one in front of me when I went (around 10:30 on a friday morning) and I waited less than five minutes. Diagnosis, treatment and prescription writing also was the quickest I've ever experienced. I have never been in an urgent care office for such a small amount of time. I had to call the office back after I left to ask a question and the girl I spoke with was friendly and helpful. I will continue to visit this office and recommend it extensively.
