I never received my food after placing the order at 11:48am. I called and spoke to the manager twice and still had a charge on my card and no food. I just kept getting excuses. I called the corporate number and talked to customer service and still had no resolve. My husband, being a General Manager of a very busy restaurant chain was livid. He called after he got home from work and spoke to the manager and finally got the order sent to our home 6 hours later. Being sick and stuck at home with a hungry one year old made this situation EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING. Get it together!
