This was once a nice, not-too-upscale center but has rapidly devolved into a collection of trashy discount stores. Just today I saw a panhandler harassing an elderly man for "bus fare" and a screaming match between two foul-mouthed women in the parking lot. Last time I go there to shop at REI or DSW, the only two thriving stores left. North Point mall is destined for a fate like Gwinnett Place if Alpharetta doesn't step in.
