"We don't do that"

I was skeptical of the other negative reviews before I called this place. Sure enough the man on the phone asked where their services were required. I said I just wanted to drop off cardboard and paper and he said the infamous, "We don't do that here".

That's fine. But if your company name hints at something as common as dropping off cardboard or paper it might be beneficial to know where to point customers that would like to drop of their recyclables.

I asked if he knew where I could drop off my cardboard and paper. He's, "I have no idea." was not very helpful.

Again if your company name describes a service many people would like to do, it might be a good idea to know where people can drop off cardboard or paper even if that means pointing people to another business.
