There aren't enough great things to say about Body By Design. I have been a member for a year, and the trainers here have changed my life for the better. I have to move back to Massachusetts, and the thing I am going to miss the most down here is Body By Design. The atmosphere inside the studio is very upbeat, energetic, and positive. You can feel it from the moment you walk in when the trainers greet you with a big smile and seem genuinely excited that you are there. They were always patient, and listened to every concern I had about lifting certain weight or specific movements. And it didn't just stop with that - they were extremely accommodating to my travel schedule and helped me find ways to stay on track while traveling. They have changed my relationship and attitude towards working out, eating right, and going to the gym. It has become something that I enjoy and look forward to now. Also, they will go above and beyond in any way they can (thank you Tony for helping me practice my Spanish ☺️). Thank you Neal, Tony, Jon, Gina, Chloe, and Vinny for everything!!
