I am so pleased to find repair personnel that care about me as a customer. My Samsung refrigerator had been acting up for a couple of days. I scheduled for a person to come out and have a look at it with no thought about them being able to repair it on the spot. Much to my delight the tech was here on time and not only did he find my problem but he repaired in a matter of minutes. His rate was so reasonable and he even gave me information on how to quick fix it just in case it happens again to keep me from having to further my spending. I am one happy customer!
