I will never, ever go back here. The doctor spoke down to me, like I was an ignorant child. The wait time was twice as long as I've ever had at any Joint location. He refused to listen to me and got an indignant attitude when I told him a spot on my back was not properly adjusted. Any truly skilled chiropractor will welcome your feedback. They are the experts, but they cannot feel what you feel. It is your body and communication between doctor and patient is key. This guy was an arrogant jerk, who failed to do his job. I was adjusted yesterday at this location and tomorrow I'll be visiting the Windward Parkway location to pay the same fee AGAIN, so I can get properly adjusted. So thanks for nothing, doc. Save yourself the trouble and drive the extra five minutes to the Windward location, they will take MUCH, MUCH better care of you in half the time.
