Great place for workout. Good number of equipments.. Spacious ad seperat sections. But it's too much to loose weight / money.. You will loose lot of money if you don't use your membership regularly.

Bad for actual lifters. There's 2 different barbells here. One is a thicker version where the weights don't spin as freely. The other is thinner and in better condition. Unfortunately there's way more of the thick ones than the thin ones. In addition, the machines are old and have some kind of slack to them. The beginning part of lifting on the machine is way less resistance than it should be.

Locker room is humid. I make the extra journey to go to the LA Fitness in Cumming
