ZERO STARS!! Worst post office on the planet! I cancelled my hold mail request 3 days ago - the very next day I placed the request due to a trip change. I have been expecting packages prior to my departure tomorrow and have a PDF copy of my cancellation request. I have no mail and the post office has no record of my cancellation. The mail is not on the truck today and this branch is at least a 25 minute drive from my house (heaven only knows how they plan these things) and I was told that I will have to come in to collect my mail if I want it. Really!! Let's not forget who's paying your salary at the post office....
