The UPS Store at 3070 Windward Plaza, Alpharetta, Georgia.

I shipped two packages with this UPS Store and one package which was a return shipment made it to the destination with no problems. My next package which I allowed them to pack is missing. Now, this package had Christmas Gifts and I Shipped both these packages at the same time. When I called and spoke with Joy she acted as if it was no big deal. I called the Doraville hub and they advised they never received the package. They also spoke with the driver. So, how should I feel? Joy is the only person who knew what was being sent. I should have stayed and watched her. I guess I just didn't want to believe someone would steal my items that I do business with. Please do not ever use them to ship your personal belongings. Please use a different UPS Store. ..
