Persis Biryani Indian Grill at 631 North Main Street, Alpharetta, Georgia.

Tried to give them an order via phone and told them would pick it up in next 10 mins and they denied, just to let u know I gave similar order via phone earlier as well as I don’t want to wait there to pick up my food.
When finally I reached there in heavy rain and tried to give them the order they did not even acknowledge the customer, I stood there for 10 mins in-front of them just expecting them to take the order. I never expected this kind of service from them, I was too hungry to go away and try some other place but still waited till I felt unwanted, embarrassed and annoyed standing like a mannequin. I left and never set foot there, I am ultimately a customer who will pay for better service elsewhere and won’t go to Persis to get humiliated again.
