SmartStyle Hair Salon at 5200 Windward Parkway, Alpharetta, Georgia.

My mother took my 12 year old sister here to get pink highlights in her hair. The woman that worked on her (she refused to provide her name) put pink polka dots throughout her hair and cut chunks out of it. My sister started crying when she saw it because she had a school event the next day. The woman made fun of and mocked my 12 year old sister and told her that she could go buy some hair dye to fix it. My mother told her she needed to fix it and the woman said "I'm not fixing anything, my shift is over". My mom said she wasn't leaving until she fixed it and the woman proceeded to call the police and describe my mother as an "obese woman with a fake tan". She cursed at my mother and my sister (a child), mocked a child and called them racists because they wanted good service. Absolutely pathetic. DONT GO HERE.
