Snap Fitness at 5170 McGinnis Ferry Road, Alpharetta, Georgia.

Snap Fitness Alpharetta is the best! I came in with some hip pain and Bobby, my trainer, responded immediately by helping me out with some awesome recovery techniques that made the world of difference! He took a full 30 minutes to work out the kinks, not just on the hip that was bothering me, but on my other leg muscles as well. You don’t realize how tight and tense your body is until you do a recovery session with Bobby!
If you join Snap Fitness Alpharetta (and you should) make sure to sign up for personal training! Bobby, along with the other trainers here, will create a program for you that will meet your individual fitness needs. More than that, they are willing to modify your fitness plan as needed. No stagnant training over here! And as you probably guessed, their recovery game is on point too! All in all, PT at Snap Alpharetta is the full package. Do yourself a favor and sign up :) I’m so glad I did!!!!
