Verizon Authorized Retailer – GoWireless at 5215 Windward Pkwy, #F, Alpharetta, Georgia.

Javier the store manager is wonderful. He is patient and is thorough in his explanation of all of the various options. He calls back when he says he will and he walks everyone to the door. You don't find this type of customer service these days. I am still deciding on what phone/tablet I want but I am definitely coming back to this store. Great experience.

Stopped in to upgrade to iPhone X. We were lucky enough to have Andrew take care of us! He was not only a pleasure to work with, but extremely knowledgeable about the phone and some efficiency tools. Thanks to Verizon for hiring such great team members!

Andrew Williams was such a great help to my family and me. He was supportive and energetically explained pros and cons as well as perfect fit solutions for my families needs in the cell phone, accessories, and data plans areas. He was informative and gave recommendations based on consumer reporting and not just personal opinion. I felt that he was open and honest with the entire process; and I had many questions. He was thorough while getting me the best trade in deals on my phones and explaining the breakdown of the prices overall. He simplified the process even further by matching competitor pricing. And gave us all great deals while giving us options at the same time. Andrew also let us know he was there for us in the future for all of our questions and made us feel welcome to come back to his store. And we will come back to purchase more items because he took the time while being efficient to explain exactly what we needed throughout the processes. He didn’t even take an hour to finish multiple situations I required where anywhere else in the past has taken multiple hours!! I highly recommend this location over a Best Buy or mall store!!! Thanks again Andrew!
